This Privacy Policy explains how AppForge handles information when you use Pixelpet, including pet character creation, care, AI conversations, diaries, purchases, advertisements, and notifications.

1. Information we process

Pixelpet processes the following information:

• Account and device information: an account identifier, anonymous or Google sign-in status, linked authentication information, installation ID, app version, language, time zone, notification settings, and a push token when available.
• Information you provide: selected pet photos, pet name and species, optional dates, personality and favorite things, chat messages, and support requests. Google sign-in and email support may involve your email address.
• Service content and activity: generated characters and images, AI replies, memories and diaries, care activity, room settings, inventory, and credit balances.
• Purchases and rewards: purchase identifiers, product information, subscription status, and ad-reward verification records. Payment card details are handled by the store and are not collected directly by Pixelpet.
• Technical information: connection and request information, errors, and diagnostic records used to operate and troubleshoot the service. Advertising providers may also process the information described in Section 6.

2. Why we use this information

We use this information to authenticate accounts, create and display characters, provide conversations and diaries, save care and room state, verify purchases and rewards, deliver opted-in notifications, respond to support requests, and prevent errors, abuse, and duplicate transactions.

Your selected photos and relevant pet details are sent for AI image creation and review. Relevant messages, pet profiles, memories, and care summaries are sent for AI replies and diaries. Do not include sensitive information, other people’s personal information without permission, or private details in photos or conversations.

AI-generated content may contain mistakes or differ from your pet. It is fictional content and is not medical advice or your real pet’s thoughts.

3. Service providers and overseas processing

We use service providers for the following purposes:

• Google Firebase: authentication and push delivery; account/authentication identifiers, installation information, push tokens, and notification data as needed.
